We offer four sizes of full colour door hangers;

  • Slim DL-sized full colour door hangers – 210mm high x 99mm wide (1/3rd the size of a standard business letterhead); and
  • Small A6-sized full colour door hangers – 148mm high x 105mm wide (¼ the size of a standard business letterhead);
  • Fat A5-sized full colour door hangers – 210mm high x 148mm wide (½ the size of a standard business letterhead); and
  • Long-Drop half-A4 door hangers - 297mm high x 105mm wide (the size of a standard business letterhead that has been folded in half length ways).

 

Door hangers — digital printing service

Our digital printing service section offers door hangers in any quantity that you want (up to half-a-million anyway). All door hangers are full colour on the front and the back can be either full colour, black & white, or entirely blank.

Our digitally printed door hangers are available in the uncoated stock only.

You can have up to ten different designs with our digitally printed door hangers. However, each door hanger design MUST be ordered in equal quantities.

Our discount priced and cheap printing services section offers door hangers in set quantities. All door hangers are full colour on the front and the back.

Our discount priced and cheap door hangers are available in the uncoated stock only.

Paper stock used for Door Hangers

All discount priced door hangers are printed on either 310gsm 100% sustainable plantation satin art board or 350gsm 55% recycled satin art board stock, and in full colour on both sides.

Door hangers are meant to last, and 310gsm 100% sustainable plantation satin art board and 350gsm 55% recycled satin art board are stocks that can do just that.

 

Digitally printed door hangers are offered on 300gsm gloss stock.

 

Recycled paper

Recycled door hanger paper consists of paper that is gathered from outside suburban homes and from commercial enterprises — the vast majority of recycled paper is sourced from the large bins you see outside offices and factories. That used paper is then turned into a pulp, any ink is removed from that pulp, and then that pulp is used to create a clean recycled paper.

The recycled paper that we use for our door hangers consist of a mix of 55% recycled paper and 45% sustainable plantation paper. The reason we use a mix is because door hanger printing paper is lolished to gice the paper a satin finish, and 100% recycled paper is not a good paper to polish.

Sustainable plantation paper

Sustainable plantation paper is paper that is grown from plantations, and those plantations adhere to strict environmental standards, such as conserving water and not using pesticides.

 

Preparing Files and The Hole at the Top

All door hangers have a hole at the top. The door hanger hole is 65mm accross, so it will fit over most door knobs.

The top  of the door hanger hole is placed 15mm from the edge of the door hanger (i.e.: the centre is 47.5mm from the top edge of the door hanger).

Please take time to consider where the hole goes when you make your design. All too often someone has made a wonderful logo or taken a glorious photograph, only to have the image cut out when the door hanger hole is placed upon the door hanger.
