As you shall see at our door hanger delivery section (below), your door hangers are delivered from our Campbelltown office (an outer Sydney suburb) to your door; and, that door can be in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Adelaide, Hobart, Perth, or almost anywhere in the world.

 

Door hangers — digital printing service

Our digital printing service section offers door hangers in the exact quantity that you want (well, up to half-a-million anyway) — this exact quantity feature is the first advantage of digitally printed door hangers. All door hangers are full colour on the front, and the back can be either full colour, black & white, or entirely blank.

The second advantage, and the greatest advantage, of digitally printed door hangers is that they are printed FAST. The standard production time is five (5) days, and there are faster options too.
If you want your digitally printed door hangers printed quickly, then you probably want to receive them quickly too.

  • If you are in south eastern Australia (e.g.: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and Hobart), then you should be able to use TNT's Road Express service, as delivery is normally a day or two. If you need your door hangers urgently (i.e.: you MUST have them overnight), then choose TNT's Overnight First Class service.
  • If you are elsewhere in Australia (e.g.: Perth, regional Western Australia, Darwin, the Northern Territory, regional South Australia, and central and north Queensland), then you should make yourself aware that TNT's Road Express service will take several days (and up to six days) to get to you. So, if you want your door hangers quickly, then you will be better to choose TNT's Overnight First Class service — it does not make much sense to pay for a quick printing service, and then have the door hangers take up to a week to get to you.

Our digitally printed door hangers are available in the uncoated stock only — the uncoated stock means that the paper is polished and extremely smooth, but there is no laminate or celloglaze coating.

You can have up to ten different designs with our digitally printed door hangers. However, each door hanger design MUST be ordered in equal quantities.

Our discount priced and cheap printing services section offers door hangers in set quantities. All door hangers are full colour on the front and the back.

Our discount priced and cheap door hangers are available in the uncoated stock only — the uncoated stock means that the paper is polished and extremely smooth, but there is no laminate or celloglaze coating.

Paper stock used for Door Hangers

All discount priced door hangers are printed on either 150gsm 100% sustainable plantation gloss stock, 310gsm 100% sustainable plantation satin art board or 350gsm 55% recycled satin art board stock, and in full colour on both sides.

If all you want to do is leave a message on a door, then the 150gsm gloss stock should suffice.

However, if you are after a door hanger that shall have a longer life, then you will need a door hanger that is meant to last, and 310gsm 100% sustainable plantation satin art board and 350gsm 55% recycled satin art board are stocks that can do just that.

Digitally printed door hangers are offered on 300gsm gloss stock.

 

Door hangers — recycled paper

Recycled door hanger paper consists of paper that is gathered from outside suburban homes and from commercial enterprises — the vast majority of recycled paper is sourced from the large bins you see outside offices and factories. That used paper is then turned into a pulp, any ink is removed from that pulp, and then that pulp is used to create a clean recycled paper.

The recycled paper that we use for our door hangers consist of a mix of 55% recycled paper and 45% sustainable plantation paper. The reason we use a mix is because door hanger printing paper is lolished to gice the paper a satin finish, and 100% recycled paper is not a good paper to polish.

Door hangers — 100% sustainable plantation paper

Sustainable plantation paper is paper that is grown from plantations, and those plantations adhere to strict environmental standards, such as conserving water and not using pesticides.

 

Preparing Files and The Hole at the Top

All door hangers have a hole at the top. The door hanger hole is either:

  • 65mm across, with a gap of 15mm at the top of the door hanger (i.e.: the centre is 47.5mm from the top edge of the door hanger), so it will fit over most door knobs; or
  • 35mm across, with a gap at 30mm at the top of the door hanger (i.e.: the centre is 47.5mm from the top edge of the door hanger); and, with a cut on the right-hand side so it can be slipped on almost any door knob.

Please take time to consider where the hole goes when you make your design. All too often someone has made a wonderful logo or taken a glorious photograph, only to have the image cut out when the door hanger hole is placed upon the door hanger.

Whilst TheOnlinePrinter is based in Campbelltown NSW (an outer-suburb of Sydney), our prices include delivery to your door, and that door can be in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, the Gold Coast, Newcastle, Canberra or any where on the globe.

  • Delivery to the major cities in south east Australia, including south east Queensland, is normally overnight.
  • Delivery to Adelaide, rural NSW and Victoria, and Tasmania is normally a day or two.
  • Delivery to the remainder of Australia takes three or so days, and sometime up to five or six days to remote regions.
