A4 & A5 Letterhead Printing

Letterhead is printed in the traditional manner (i.e.: we use an ink press, and not a digital press that works with toner), so our full colour letterhead is 100% Laser Printer safe — so your personal stationery will not get damaged in a laser printer.

Our discount priced A4 letterhead is printed on smooth, high quality, high white 100gsm uncoated laser printer paper. You can also select 100% recycled laser printer safe paper. Our 100% recycled paper is 100gsm, and is 100% laser printer safe — as mentioned above, your personalized stationery will not get damaged in a laser printer.

You can order your discount priced letterhead in black and white (and every shade of grey in between), or you can have full colour over the entire page. Please note, however, that our discount priced letterhead is printed on one side only (i.e.: the back will always be white).

'With Compliments Slips' Printing

Our discount priced full colour 'with compliments' slips are DL-sized. This means they are one-third the size of a traditionally-sized business letter.

Your discount priced 'with compliments' slips are printed on smooth, high quality, high white 100gsm uncoated laser printer safe paper. This paper is 100% laser printer compliant. As with all all of our personalized stationery products, it is safe to place in a laser printer.

We can print your with compliments slips in full colour, but please note that we print with compliments slips on one side only.

Full Colour Business Card Printing

We offer business cards in the common 55mm x 90mm format. They can be either landscape, which is the usual format, or portrait.

Digitally printed business cards can be printed on both sides or one side only. The front is always in full colour, but the reverse can be full colour, black and white only, or blank.

Discount priced business cards are printed in full colour on both front and back.

We print business cards on your choice of three heavy cards stocks - 350gsm satin, 350gsm gloss, or 310gsm uncoated stock.

Our discount priced business cards can be coated with a high gloss or matt cellogalze. This makes your business card more durble. We suggest you choose the uncoated stock if you need to write on your business cards.

You can have business cards in a smaller size than 55x90mm if you wish, but the price will be the same. Simply proceed with your order as normal, and tell us in the comments box the final size you require - and of course set your business cards up appropriately.

Appointment Card Printing

Appointment Cards are the same size as a standard business card. Fast digitally printed Appointment Cards are printed on either 350gsm Satin or Gloss stock, and our discount priced Appointment Cards are printed on 310gsm Art Board.

Fast digitally printed Appointment Cards have the front printed in full colour, and you may choose whether the back is full colour, black & white, or black. Discount priced Appointment Cards are full colour on the front and back.

Envelope Printing

TheOnlinePrinter is an envelope supplier, and our envelope printing service offers envelopes in three sizes:

  • Standard DL Envelopes (accommodates a standard business letter that is folded into thirds);
  • Large C5 Envelopes (accommodates a standard business letter that is folded in half); and
  • Jumbo C4 Envelopes (accommodates a standard business letter that is unfolded).

All envelopes are printed in black and white (and in every shade of grey in between). TheOnlinePrinter is NOT an envelope supplier that supplies color envelopes.

Our discount priced envelopes are self sealing and plain faced, and are 100gsm stock that is 100% laser printer safe.

You can submit your own files that are press ready. Please note that we CANNOT print envelopes to the very edge of the page. If you submit your own file, then det up your DL envelope at the DL size, your C5 envelope at A5 size, and your C4 envelope at A4 size.

Carbonless Docket Books Printing

Carbonless docket books go by many names:

  • A4 — 210mm x 297mm, or the same size as a standard business letter;
  • A5 — 148mm x 210mm, or ½ the size of a standard business letter; and
  • A6 — 105mm x 148mm, or ¼ the size of a standard business letter.

Docket Books:

  • come with carbonless copy paper;
  • are offered in the portrait layout only;
  • come in black and white only;
  • are stapled at the top of the page; and
  • are single-sided only.

Design considerations

There are a number of considerations you should be aware of in preparing your personalized stationery files. If your personalized stationery prints right to the edge of the page, you need to know about bleeds. Please click here for instructions on how to prepare your files. Sustainable plantation and recycled paper

TheOnlinePrinter uses either sustainable plantation paper or recycled paper for all of its products.

Recycled paper is available for all stationery products. However, the percentage of the paper that is actually recycled varies, depending upon the specific product.

Not all paper can be 100% recycled. Appointment cards are printed on polished paper, and 100% recycled paper is not a good paper to polish — it can become a bit fury when polished. So, a blended 55% recycled and 45% sustainable plantation paper is used.
Letterhead and with compliments slips, however, do not used polished paper, and are availabale on 100% recycled paper.
