Full Colour Rackcard Printing
Rackcards are amongst the most popular products we offer. Rack cards go by many different names –flyers, brochures, pamphlets, leaflets, promo sheets, fact sheets, rack cards, etc.
The three different sizes of full colour rack cards that we offer are:
- Standard (210mm x 99mm) - these rackcards are unfolded, and are one-third the size of a standard letter;
- Four page (210mm x 198mm) - these rackcards are folded once, are two-thirds the size of a standard letter when unfolded, and one-third the size of a standard letter when folded (210x99mm);
- Six page (210mm x 297mm) - these rackcards are folded twice, are the size of a standard letter when unfolded, and one-third the size of a standard letter when folded (210x99mm);
You can have your rack cards printed on our digital printing press at our regular rate.
TheOnlinePrinter also offers most full colour rackcards via the Discount Priced Full Colour Printing section, but these are offered in set quantities.

Digital Printing Services — Full Colour Online Rackcard Printing
Our digital printing services section offers rack cards in any quantity, with full colour fronts, and your choice of full colour, black and white or blank backs.
The two greatest advantages of our digitally printed rack cards service over our discount priced rackcards are:
- You can order small runs; and
- You can have your job printed quickly.
Your digitally printed rackcard order can contain up to ten designs with each order, but orders for each design must be in equal amounts . For instance, you could submit three rackcard designs with one order of 900 digitally printed rack cards (i.e.: 300 of each design). If you place the one order for several rack cards, just ensure that your rackcard file has the front of rack card one as page 1, the back of rackcard one as page 2, the front of rack card two as page 3, the back of rackcard two as page 4, and so on.
Discount and cheap full colour rackcard offset printing
Our discount priced full colour rack cards are offered in set quantities. The single greatest advantage of using our discount priced rackcard service is the price. Our prices are cheap.
Your discount priced rackcard printing order can contain up to ten unique designs. However, each rackcard printing design must be ordered in equal quantities.
Bleeds and Your Full Colour Rackcard Printing

Alternately, the best way to prepare your rack card file is to use our online design service.
You can choose from a wide choice of paper styles and weights in the rapid digital printing section, and our selection of papers is based upon experience.
The paper choice in the discount priced section is limited to 150gsm Gloss, 300gsm Satin or Gloss, 310gsm Satin Art Board or 350gsm Satin Art Board 55% Recycled paper. This is done to allow us to offer the greatest possible discount to you.
What is sustainable plantation and recycled paper?
Recycled rack card paper is, quite simply, paper that has been used again.
What happens is:
- Paper is gathered from consumers. This paper might come from bins on the front nature stip of homes in the suburbs, or the large bins that are often outside factories and offices — in fact, the vast majority of paper that is offered for recycling comes from industry and commerce.
- That paper is then turned into a pulp, any ink is removed from that pulp, and then that pulp is used to create a clean recycled paper.
The recycled paper that we use for our rackcard printing is a blend of 55% recycled paper and 45% sustainable plantation. The reason for the blended paper, rather than a 100% recycled paper, is that the paper needs to be polished. 100% recycled paper is currently too hard to polish—it can become a bit fury.
Sustainable plantation paper is paper that is grown from plantations, and those plantations adhere to strict environmental standards, such as conserving water and not using pesticides.
Conserving water is a simple process. rather than place dams on the plantation to collect water, and then use that water at a later time to irrigate the plantation, the water is allowed to run off into the creeks and feed the rivers.
Folding
We can supply rackcards flat or folded, and the various folding options are illustrated on our various flyer product pages.
Rackcards printed on 250gsm and heavier paper are scored for easy folding, but are supplied flat. They travel better that way.
