Delivery
TheOnlinePrinter is based in Campbelltown, NSW — an outer suburb of Sydney — and we deliver jobs to all parts of Australia (in fact, to most parts of the world).
Posters can be sent by TNT Overnight Express, and they will arrive in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Brisbane, or anywhere in Australia, the day after they are dispatched.
If you wish to utilise TNT's Overnight Express service, then you must specifically select that option as your delivery method.
Posters are normally sent by way of TNT Road Express, and the time between dispatch and them arriving at your address is normally:
- A day (and sometimes two days) to Melbourne & north east Victoria, Sydney & regional NSW, Brisbane, Gold Coast & Queensland's southeast corner, Adelaide, Newcastle, Canberra and the major cities in south east mainland Australia.
- Two (or sometimes three) days to Adelaide, Hobart, regional Victoria, regional south-east Queensland.
- Three of four days to regional South Australia, and the central and far north Queensland.
- Five or so days for the remainder of Australia.
If you select Australia Post as your delivery method, then the delivery will follow Australia Post's normal delivery times.

Digital Printing Services: Full Color Online Poster Printing
Our digital printing services section offers full colour posters in any quantity, with full colour fronts, and your choice of full colour, black and white or blank backs.
Rapid digitally printed full colour posters are only offered in A3 and A4 sizes. The two greatest advantages of our digitally printed posters service over our discount priced posters are:
- You can order small runs; and
- You can have your job printed quickly.

Standard A3 poster fast digital printing prices.
Your digitally printed full color poster printing order can contain as many designs as you wish, but orders for each design must be in equal amounts. For instance, you could submit three poster designs with one order of 900 digitally printed full color posters (i.e.: 300 of each design).
You can upload up to ten different files when you place your order. Alternately, if you place the one order for several full colour posters, and you want to upload only one folder, then just ensure that your poster file has the front of poster one as page 1, the back of poster one as page 2, the front of poster two as page 3, the back of poster two as page 4, and so on.
Wide format bubble-jet printing
Our wide-format ink-jet printing services section offers full colour posters in small quantities, with full colour fronts. The backs are always blank.
Wide-format ink-jet printed full colour posters are only offered in 'pole poster', A2, A1, B1 and A0 sizes. The two greatest advantages of our bubble-jet printed posters service over our discount priced posters are:
- You can order small runs (as small as one poster); and
- You can have your job printed quickly (normally six days, but thet can be printed is as little as two days).

Your wide format bubble-jet printed full color poster printing order can contain as many designs as you wish, but orders for each design must be in equal amounts. For instance, you could submit three poster designs with one order of 9 wide-format bubble-jet printed full color posters (i.e.: 3 of each design). But you cannot order seven of one design and one of each of the other two designs.
If you place the one order for several full colour posters, just ensure that your poster file has the first poster one as page 1, the second poster as page 2, the third poster as page 3, the fourth poster as page 4, and so on.
You should also be aware that ALL wide format printed posters MUST have a 5mm white border on each and every edge — we do NOT print right to the edge of the page, but we do print up to 5mm from the edge of the page.
Discount and Cheap Full Color Poster Printing
Our discount priced posters are offered in set quantities. The advantages of using our discount priced posters service are:
- The prices are cheap for long runs; and
- There is a wider selection of sizes.
Your discount priced full colour posters order can contain only one design. If you wish to have several designs, then you must place one order for each design.

Environmentally friendly paper
You can have your posters printed on 150gsm sustainable plantation paper stocks, or on 150gsm recycled paper.
Wide format bubble-jet posters are printed on 160gsm uncoated stock.
We also print posters on other more substantial stocks, including:
- 115gsm gloss 100% sustainable plantation paper.
- 200gsm gloss sustainable plantation paper.
- 310gsm Satin Art Board (this is also a 100% sustainable plantation stock).
What are sustainable plantation and recycled papers?
Recycled poster paper is, quite simply, paper that has been used again.
What happens is:
- Paper is gathered from consumers. This paper might be sourced from the wheelie bins placed outside suburban homes once each week or second week, or it might come from the large industrial bins that are often outside the front of factories and offices — in fact, the vast majority of paper that is offered for recycling comes from the large industrial bins that are often outside the front of factories and offices.
- That paper is then turned into a pulp, any ink is removed from that pulp, and then that pulp is used to create a clean recycled paper.
The recycled paper that we use for our posters printing is a blend of 55% recycled paper and 45% sustainable plantation. The reason for the blended paper, rather than a 100% recycled paper, is that the paper needs to be polished. 100% recycled paper is currently too hard to polish—it can become a bit fury.
Sustainable plantation paper is paper that is grown from plantations, and those plantations adhere to strict environmental standards, such as conserving water and not using pesticides.
Bleeds and your full color poster printing
If your posters will print right to the edge of the page, please be sure to supply your file with bleeds. Learn more about bleeds here. If you do not understand about bleeds, then you should make it your business to find out, otherwise it might all end in tears.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A2, A1, B1 AND A0 WIDE FORMAT BUBBLE-JET PRINTED POSTERS MUST NOT HAVE BLEEDS. A2, A1, B1 AND A0 POSTERS MUST HAVE A 5mm WHITE BORDER AN EACH AND EVERY EDGE.
