Printing-Online.com.au Pty Ltd (trading as: ‘TheOnlinePrinter' ACN 112 132 395 - ABN 72 112 132 395) is a family printing company. So, if you contact us by telephone or E-mail or mail about your full colour printing job, then you will not be sent from department to department, or section to section by an automated telephone exchange. Rather, Leslie or Jamie, the owners, will most likely be the people whom will respond. Given we are the owners, we have a motive to give you personal service; given we are the owners, we have a motive to be user-friendly.

Leslie and Jamie, unlike large corporations, have heartbeats and, unlike many people in those same large corporations, they have manners too. Our heartbeats and manners create a single distinctive advantage for you: we answer the questions you ask.

If you contact us over the Internet, we respond promptly.

Only three types of E-mail are sent automatically:

  • The E-mail you receive when you submit your order;
  • The E-mail you we send to you when we wish you to approve your proof; and
  • The E-mail you receive once we have dispatched your job.

All other E-mails are the result of the actions of human hands and human thoughts. So, if there is an issue with the file that you present to have printed, then a person (i.e.: Leslie or Jamie) will write to you about the problems that exists, and a solution will most probably be offered too.
