Our guarantee is simple:

- "If your job (whether they be business cards or a fridge magnet or whatever) is not dispatched on time, then we will dispatch them at no cost to you".
The Proof
If you request a proof, whether it is a hard copy proof or a PDF proof, then we will not only send you the proof you desire, but also refer you to a page on our website that has a detailed proof checklist. This proof checklist helps you spot potential problems before we digitally or offset print your business cards, appointment cards, postcards, bookmarks, rack cards, brochures, pamphlets, leaflets, flyers, posters, letterhead, envelopes, “with compliments slips”, booklets or docket books.
We DO NOT print jobs if we believe there may be a mistake in that printing job.
We always do a final check of every job, just before we print it. If we see mistakes (even if the customer has approved the file for printing), then we will not print the job. We contact the customer for instructions.
Some printers see mistakes on files that have been approved for printing, and still print the job. Their reasons are simple: they get to reprint the job a second time and charge the customer for that second printing – After all, the customer approved the file.
We never do that. Our staff check the files at every stage. If we believe there is a flaw, then we inform you immediately.

We use the world's most advanced equipment and we upgrade our equipment regularly. This results in TheOnlinePrinter outputting the highest quality printed material, and avoids breakdowns often associated with older machines.
Experienced Staff
Our staff know what they are doing, and their extensive experience means they can actively spot potential problems and then fix them. Also our experience has enabled us to develop checklists and procedures designed to pre-empt problems before they occur.
We also have one advantage over most other printers – our staff know how to use our machines. Many printers have good machines, and many other printers have good staff, but very few have both good machines and experienced staff.
Accountability
Our staff are responsible for what they do, and they are answerable to our company's shareholders. This might not mean much when written on a page, however, it means a lot to each and every member of our staff, as our company is 100% employee-owned – our staff will feel ‘the pinch' if customers are not satisfied and profits fall, as it is the staff (i.e.: the employee-owners) whom will suffer directly.
