How to outline text on Adobe Illustrator files

So, how do you outline the text on an Adobe Illustrator file?
The below screenshot is on a business card for TheOnlinePrinter. Our commercial printer (i.e.: us) wants the text outlined, as outlining text solves any problems that might occur due to fonts not being sent, bad fonts being sent, or whatever.

Just choose: "Select" > "All".

As you can see below, all the various lines and boxes and everything becomes highlighted — compare the below image with the first image, and you will see lots of lines on the below image — this means that "everything" has been selected.

Next, choose: "Type" > Create Outlines".

As you can see below, all the blue lines are a there to inform the user that all the text has been outlined on your Adobe illustrator file. Save the file.
You do NOT need to attach the fonts that you send to your printer; just upload your file to your commercial printer and he/she will send it to the press.
