Our work is guaranteed.

Our guarantee is simple:

  • If you request a hard copy proof, and your job is not the same as the hard copy proof authorised by you, then we fix up your job at no cost to you.
  • If you request a PDF proof and, except for movements in colour, your job does not match the PDF proof authorised by you, then we fix up your job at no cost to you.
  • If you request no proof and, except for movements in colour, your job does not match file you sent to TheOnlinePrinter, then we fix up your job at no cost to you.

So, if TheOnlinePrinter stuffs up, then TheOnlinePrinter will not try to blame someone else. You will get the full reprint of your job at no cost to you.

There is a downside to our guarantee: If you screw up, then you cannot blame us.

But we do assist you with ensuring your full colour job is printed correctly. The most important tool we give you is on the proof sign-off page we direct you towards to authorise us to print your job. That sign-off page has a lot of advice on what to look for on proofs. We even tell you to print out that page and read it. We suggest the chance of you signing-off an incorrect job is diminished significantly by following the instructions on our sign-off webpage.

 

If your finished job does not match the proof that you approved in accordance with the above guarantee, then we will, as mentioned above, reprint your job from the your original file at no charge. If you prefer, however, we will give you a refund.

 

We have never had a complaint about our work not meeting the standards of a hard-copy proof — not a single complaint. But, if you are the unlucky person to be the first, we will honour our commitment to a free reprint or a refund.

 

We have received seven complaints that our work did not meet a PDF proof. Four complaints were justified – it was our fault, and a reprint was offered immediately and without question. The other complaints were the customers' fault, and the customers agreed that TheOnlinePrinter was NOT at fault.

So, our job numbers are now over 14,000 and climbing, there have been only seven complaints, and only four were our fault. That is a pretty good record.

Please note: We will not offer a discount if your job is not done properly and the cause was due to TheOnlinePrinter. WE DO NOT OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR TARDY WORK; NO WAY DO WE DO THAT. We want you to get your full colour printing jobs and be pleased with them.
