TheOnlinePrinter is a full colour commercial printer, so you are free to order full colour fronts to your digitally printed appointment cards, and your choice of full colour or blank backs.

Up to 10 designs on the one order

You are free to place up to ten different designs with the one digitally printed appointment card order, but all designs must be ordered in equal quantities.

The two major advantages of our digitally printed appointment cards over our discount priced appointment cards are:

  • You can order small runs; and
  • You can have your job printed quickly.


If your order is for for several digitally printed appointment cards, please make sure your appointment card file is set up in one of the two following options:

  • Have a separate file for each business card — our website allows you to upload up to ten different files.
  • If you are presenting one huge file that contains all the appointment card designs, then have the front of appointment card one as page 1, the back of appointment card one as page 2, the front of appointment card two as page 3, the back of appointment card two as page 4, and so on.

 

Hard copy proofs and PDF proofs

You may request a hard-copy proof when you submit your own file and order digitally printed appointment card. Alternately, you can request a PDF proof or select to receive no proof.

 

A few words about the quality of Digitally Printed Appointment Cards.

Digital printing has undergone a major shift in the last seven years. Digitally printed appointment cards are as good, and in many ways better, than business cards that are printed in the old way using large presses and inks.

The machines that we use (Fuji Xerox's iGen3) cost more than $1,250,000 each, and we would not spend that much money if they did not produce a first rate product.

Our digital presses can only cope with stocks up to 300gsm. This is NOT an appointment card stock, as it is too flimsy — many commercial printing companies declare that 300gsm stock is an appointment card stock; this is untrue. So, if you want a proper appointment card stock, then we suggest you try our discount-priced (offset printed) appointment cards — we use 310gsn Art Board and 350gsm Recycled stocks, and these are proper appointment card stocks.
