Delivery — DL flyers, brochures, leaflets & pamphlets.
TheOnlinePrinter is based in Campbelltown, NSW — an outer suburb of Sydney — and we deliver DL flyers to all parts of Australia (in fact, to almost all parts of the world).
Slim DL flyers & leaflets can be sent by TNT Overnight Express, and they will arrive anywhere in Australia the day after they are dispatched.
If you wish to utilise TNT's Overnight Express service, then you must specifically select that option as your delivery method, and someone must be at the address to sign for the consignment.
Slim DL flyers, leaflets & pamphlets are normally sent by way of TNT Road Express, and the time between dispatch and your DL flyers arriving at your address is normally:
- A day (and sometimes two days) to Melbourne & north east Victoria, Sydney & regional NSW; Brisbane, the Gold Coast & the south east corner of Queensland;Adelaide, Newcastle, Canberra and the major cities in south east mainland Australia.
- Two (or sometimes three) days to Hobart & regional Tasmania, regional Victoria, regional south-east Queensland.
- Three of four days to Perth, Darwin, Alice Springs, regional South Australia, and the central and far north Queensland.
- Five to seven days for the remainder of Australia.
If you select TNT's Road Express, then someone must be at the nominated address to sign for the consignment — TNT does NOT drop off any consignment without a signature.
If you select Australia Post as your delivery method, then the delivery will follow Australia Post's normal delivery times. Please note that Australia Post costs more than TNT's Road Express service. There are several reasons for this. If you want to know why , then visit our Why Australia Post is more expensive than TNT page.
Digital printing — DL flyers, brochures, leaflets & pamphlets.
Digital printing is a more modern process than offset printing.

The above image is a FujiXerox iGen3 digital printing press.
Digital printing:
- Uses dry ink that is NOT messy — the dry ink is also called toner, and it is a powder;
- Are slimer machines that are quiet; and
- Does NOT use expensive printing plate — printing plates are the most expensive part of offset printing.
Digital printing is a bit like photocopying, but the quality is as good as (if not better than) traditional offset printing; so, quality is not an issue.
The advantages of digital printing:
- Given no printing plates are used, a print run will be specifically devoted to your job (i.e.: you will NOT share the print run with other jobs), and this means we can print the exact quantity that you want (e.g.: 254 slim DL flyers);
- Not only can you order irregular quantities, but you can order slimer quantities too (e.g.: 50 slim DL leaflets), as there are no expensive printing plates in digital printing.
Offset printing — DL flyers, brochures, leaflets & pamphlets.
Offset printing is the traditional printing method that uses wet ink, large printing plates, large machines, and is associated with a great deal of noise.

The above image is an offset printing press.
Our offset printing press prints on huge B1-sized sheets — the same size as ten (10) standard A4 sheets — and when we print on these large machines:
- We gang print many jobs together on the one print-run — your slim DL flyer will take up only a slim part of the printing plates that we use, and the rest of the plates' space will be taken up by other DL flyers (or A4 brochures, or DL & DL leaflets).
- We offer set quantities — because we gang print many jobs on one print run, we cannot offer customised quantities.
- We use standard paper offset printing stocks — by standardising the papers that we use, we are able get your job to press quickly (i.e.: if we had dozens of different paper stocks, then we would have to wait a very long time before we could gather enough jobs together for a gang print run).
- The plates are the most expensive part of the process, so long print-runs are quite inexpensive (i.e.: the ink & paper do not cost that much)
Multiple designs — DL flyers, brochures, leaflets & pamphlets
You can order up to ten (10) different slim DL flyers, leaflets & brochures on the one order. However, all the different DL flyers MUST be ordered in equal quantities.
So, you can order 500 of each of three DL leaflets, for a total of 1,500 DL leaflets, but you cannot order 1,000 of one design and 250 of each of another two designs.
Bleeds — DL flyers, brochures, leaflets & pamphlets.
If your slim DL brochure, leaflet, pamphlet or flyer is going to have colour right to the very edge of the page, THEN YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BLEEDS. If you do NOT know about bleeds, then read our bleeds page.
